Cheers Yummy, Long time HC reader, just havent posted. I don't think any of us know what Andre's end game for AIS is, but it appears he is keen to expand the business. Having a group of assets within an hours drive of each other has got to provide some synergies with resource sharing, labour, equipment, materials etc.
Peak and Hera are both good assets, just been run down through miss management.
Peak could be turned around in the near term with the right managent and workforce, need to review their LOM get the drills spinning and then get their costs under control, both actions will see some of the sterilized reserves become mineable.
Hera is suffering from an ore shortage and Federation still a distance off.
taking on AMI in part or as a whole will require a large capital injection but would be worth it at the right price.
