What some people seem to be forgetting is ACC need us more then we need them. Graphite/anode is gonna be a seller's market for most of the next decade, not least of all for sustainability produced anode with local supply chains. ACC is big and needs to source a hell of a lot of material.

I wouldn't be surprised if the terms being discussed are not even so much about the announced supply but the conditions under which they could expand the agreement. But even if it's just for the 60k, they'll get it sorted out. Complex agreements do sometimes just take more time.

but yes, MT is terrible with timelines and lost all my trust in that regard after the fiasco with the DFS, telling everyone right up till the last minute it was on track and then delaying by months
