Lots of people talking BS on both sides of the aisle. Let's set some record straight:
(1) The management screwed on the letter of credit at the very last minute. Shareholders got no indication of that risk before it hit everyone in the face.
(2) Management screwed up the CR. Shareholders did not take up their entitlements fully, Allocation to directors wasn't passed at the EGM because they did not know they need to put it to vote during the EGM, which is very amateurish.
(3) Because of the above, management missed the relisting date multiple times.
I am an existing shareholder. I subscribed to the rights issue. But now I'm very worried for the share price post relisting. Shareholders' confidence has been hurt.
