EABOD- MA & RC set up an "overs" for purchasing Kaddy, which started the the eroding DW8 to the lows now where the Generous incentive plan they negotiated is now only worth $80k! shit even if they kept share price around the 6c when announced, and they did what they promised it would have been worth $3M.

glad their own wealth is being shrunk infront of their eyes, like the shareholders has been too!

all MA's incentive shares have gone from being valued at $10M at the 6c when purchase of Kaddy announced, to only $320K now.
