I'm pretty sure they have enough cash to action the share of costs for qtr 2 development with the turnkey drilling and hook up so in my opinion the capital raising won't be until later in the year.

Token investment is poor form but we don't know how deep into negotiations they are into other ventures so may not be able to jump in if it has the potential to be price sensitive.
