Re-election of someone that had used assets of CLZ referred to without shareholders knowing (Archean Gold token fiasco) and re-election of someone that has IMO not made any relevant contribution according to their experience.

IMO, the share price can only go down as they will need to generate spin on a regular basis as more funding (more spiralling debt) will be required to get them closer to producing and it won't happen for one or more years!
