Hard to know really. It is difficult when shareholders are necessarily kept in the dark. Ultimately it is a value judgment for the board. We have a great board, but they are hamstrung by the gross inefficiency of the Thai situation and future uncertainty. There is always the arbitral award (with interest) if it becomes too hard. That's the other way of getting a market cap of 1 billion dollars with a return of capital and less risk but with limited upside.
