    Just telling us as it is, no compromise of quality for the sake of speed , ramp up to steady state targeted by the end of H1.
    Although permits can arrive at anytime, not expecting anything binding on offtake/finance and untill the plant has proved itself and we have an updated PEA, product can be sold on the spot market while waiting....
