My fun M&A suggestion would be SRL (disc: held). Nickel, cobalt, scandium. World class resource near Parkes NSW, approvals in place, located close to key national highways / rail lines, but has gone nowhere for years due to inability to secure finance. S32 could get it going in no time.
SVL (not held) silver at Mudgee, NSW in a similar boat.
