How can it be like the GM deal?
GM needs the product and paid 70 million to get access, they also got 20 million in shares.
So the next strategic investor comes along and stumps up the 1.2 billion, well all the offtakes are accounted for, so they will want 1.2 billion in shares, boom dilution??
How else can it be, QPM, has nothing left to offer, only ownership of the whole deal, so that is what the investor will take?
