As expected a thin render over an old facade?

It's tough being a minnow and watching the big boys playing hard to date. The thing is, as operator you can only do nothing for so long before the Government gets pressured by the guys in dark suits and rolex watches.

This is not Australia, where a few decent lunches can get the goverment drones to turn a blind eye to the white suit brigade who sit on permits and do nothing for years and rely on archaic regulations that have no concept of "work commitments: and "good standing".

Maybe PCL needs to get a cashed up mid tier comapnay to farm-in and fund a good 3D survey and wring every last drop of information out of it.
