it must be great always being negative. you can never be disappointed
while the cap raise is unexpected, and unnecessary, I feel this may be a strategic move to bring someone onto the register who may have a interest, or a client, in taking over some of the patents, or the whole company. maybe too optimistic but any money in the account can only be positive.
