Lost a surfing mate recently and he had a long term senior nurse for a wife .
She used to specialize in remote areas and spoke to her when she came
back from a spell on one of the NT islands.
I asked why do it when it is so dangerous,,,,,,,,,she answered the money
is colossal ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, otherwise nothing would get done up there.
