It's looking like there are sellers above 4.0c despite the good announcement. It suggests that at least some think that they will be able to buy shares at 4.0c or less during the upcoming capital raise. Maybe we will see a significant rise in the share price once the capital raise (share issue, loan or convertible notes) is over.
