Just wondering TV do you happen to know when the bonus options that were given to strategic investor group expire if at all? If their expiry is coming up I think that your above hypothesis is most likely to play out, would be kind of a "use it or lose it" mentality as part of the decision making, Regardless, I hope that this is a bigger play at hand, to issue new shares just to create liquidity on NASDAQ seems a little short term to me, all IMO.

But if said options' expiry is coming soon then that play would totally make sense.

I am thinking along the lines of @MickeyMantle536

That it's just maybe an Institution that Joel has been talking to over a long period of time.

We will all know more on Monday, whether it helps the NASDAQ liquidity or not.

The "Strategic" part is what raised my eyebrows, could be they want an ongoing relationship.
