Good to see the range of opinions that surface on HC and for what its worth, my viewis completely opposite to others on this particular thread.
IMO the AGM presentation clearly tables that ZEO is developing an integrated business model:
I see no change in direction – but rather a proactive management approach to leveraging in-house tech to produce zeolites for mature global market and into high-volume opportunities within the climate change space (I’m thinking anything that can aid decarbonisation and/or GHG mitigation will have a strong investor lens over the next few years). Add to this the validation in attracting project partners such as Covalent Lithium (which is Wesfarmers / SQM JV) and Cleanaway IMHO offer insight that bigger players are interested in what ZEO are doing and present as potential commercial partners if trials underway at UQ & Griffith Uni deliver the goods, fingers-crossed.
Then you look at the Toondoon ML acquisition, which clearly offers a genuine low capex shot at bringing in some early revenue from DSO to support more time consuming tech verticals and also provides an important high-grade low-cost feedstock for zeolite production.
The AGM preso then ends with ZEO’s investment proposition, accepting this may not be for everyone, what I can say it presents clearly to me…
So not sure what’s not to like (if you have a speculative appetite), considering it’s still early stage tech (DYOR) and all projects revolve around zeolites, which is what the company is about. As I’ve said before two people look out the same window & see different things – that’s life and what makes a market...I suppose we'll see next Xmas if todays sub-4c SP ends up being value
