I'm not sure management would care about 3 or 4 HC posters. Management would IMO be concerned with setting deep foundations on which to build a business that will drive value and maximum potential for success. A few impatient souls with hot fingers are not the measure, the SP is - and that will move based on a function of progress and it's resulting sentiment - no way it can move markedly and stably during a waiting period.
