You may have missed my post from 28 Oct:
This Director represents Zhefu, a Chinese Hydro equipment provider, and one of the original large investors in the 2015 IPO. He has NEVER attended a meeting, and presumably since they did not get awarded any equipment contracts in the Kidston Hydro build, has lost all interest in contributing to how the board should operate.
