Hmmm yet another some what awkward announcement by the company. They really need to give the company secretary some lessons on announcement production including content and structure or just replace him.
It appears Brett Clarke, Chairman & CEO, has converted 9,350,000 options @ 2.0cents and 6,000,000 options at 3.0cents. Making him an actual ordinary shares holder at long last..
Why he didn't convert all the 2.0cent options first beats me. If he thought it was to give the market a signal by converting some of the 3.0 cent options he was sorely misled.
At least he DID something and it has been disclosd in a timely manner and that is a big step forward.
Now lets see what the company has to say about the FEED in coming days as that was due for completion by the end of November.
