I think its a mixture of things.
1. Lack of communication and clarity around development plan. No 'official' stance on Li Chloride path.
2. JP's communication skills are not the best. (he has improved over the years though)
3. Bad timing with announcements.
4. Board lacks expertise/experience to take it to Production. They are definitely not the board to take HMW to Production.( except DJ)
5. Market thinks the board are a bunch of free loaders due to the performance share double dipping.
