Totally agree! The 249/203D served upon our company by GS/MH and others is just wasting our time and money. Imo there is no reason otherwise it would have been provided. Voting will be an easy decision for me…..”No” to both resolutions. Does MH selling shares bother anyone? You would think they would be supporting the sp by buying. It seems only Adam Schofield wants to support us by doing that.
