Yes that would also fit the bill Toby, and it perhaps makes the best sense of it all? it also makes for a very good reason for to them getting the SP down(less capital gains whilst still effectively owning them in an SMSF) it also fits with my thinking re news is coming, sooner rather than later, because once news arrives it will make for a much higher SP IMHO!
