But, in saying that, Ami paid $200 mil for dragues, $78 mil for Peak which was a good buy until management went into melt down at which point board members had a family feud. Then Hera that all but went broke several times getting going to finally become the forgotten child until it has turned un profitable.

Management need to get actively involved in the business and get dirt on the ground, any man with a pinch of skill could turn this around in a week. Managment changed more than a week ago.
