I don't get why this stock is underperforming the market recently. Everything else seems to have recovered somewhat from recent lows.
I suspect a large holder has been reducing their position.
But there's plenty to like, and could be a decent buying opportunity to accumulate here in the low $16's. Management have been buying up a lot recently too which is a good sign of confidence.
