Record date for the SPP is the 8 April which with Easter probably mean last day to buy comfortably would be this Thursday. The offer closes 30th April.

In this time there should be some more detailed VTEM results (2 to six weeks was the time frame if I remember correctly)

MD said "The results of the recent VTEM Survey, along with the last several years geological studies and geochemical surveys, have provided excellent data sets that will enable us to neatly target our extensive drilling campaigns for the coming field season."

I'd also expect a drilling program to be announced before the close of the SPP, as they already have the funds. More to be announced after for their other holdings. Should be some serious new flow comming our way over the next few months.

Hence my belief of being oversubscribed.
