Agree but we do not know how the convo went.
Person ring could have been rude asking wrong question to wrong person etc. I have only had to hang up once in my life on someone and it was becuase they were being rude and not listening. No matter what I said and how many times I explained unable to help, they kept on going on and on. Tried to offer solutions etc but they just keep goinig. So I said thanks for the call and good bye.
