    I know we had this issue raised - a little confusing it is to all of us.

    Page 16 of the 18/11/09 ann says the capex for 1mtpa is $122 mill (for 60% moisture)...therefore 2mtpa is $244 mill....
    and 20mtpa = $2.44 Bill

    The Intersuisse report Page 8 says the capex for 2mtpa is $600 mill...
    and 20mtpa = $6 bill

    So...Im confused - which one is correct? Logic would say the ESI ann?

    They are massive differences in capex. Is there something I am missing?

    Also - Intersuisse say the rail will be approx $1.4 Bill.
