I'm not buying that.
Going below 5% just helps you hide transactions.
That being said, I didn't think kiwi instos had to advise of any sell down.
And it's not like it's the end of financial year for them. (US instos I would understand).
Additionally, why wouldn't they just arrange an off market transfer?
It's quite strange.
