In the DFS ASN is complicit to $31.3 million or so in "owners costs" as part of total capital costs but outside of project Capex which btw has a contingency of $27.8 million . So without knowing the actual reasoning I theorise that this is the pipeline costs drilling and trenching everything that is needed to get the brine to the plant location , so if there is early procurement I assume that it would be in this area and if it does happen as a fast track scenario so eg: drilling western strategy and pipeline works from CC and LC to plant or drilling of previously 2 x new well pads then expect the price to migrate north pretty quickly !! again this outcome is speculation but based on known facts AIMHO Regards TT
