Ann: Share Purchase Plan (SPP) Offer, page-55

I got my SPP package today and am wondering how they are going to allocate shares for this if it is fully subscribed and not scaled down. Every participant has the option to purchase a share parcel based upon a purchase value multiple of $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, $10,000, etc, etc. Only thing is that if you purchase $1,000 worth of shares it equates to 526.32 shares. In previous SPPs I have been involved in they have based the parcels on multiples of the share price (eg 1000 shares for a cost of $1,900). This tells me they are expecting the offering to be over subscribed and scaled back)
