"if MEO does not fulfil its commitment to drill the well? Can someone who knows tell me this?"
If MEO do not drill by 31/12/10 then licence reverts to CUE and Gascorp (now MOG) 50/50. I still think this sorrounds the stand alone LNG facility and CUE's right to do what it likes with its gas but this seems to have many twists and turns.
