The ASX rule is, an insider isn't allowed to trade with knowledge that will affect the price (price sensitive information.) The blackout days are determined by the company's corporate governance statement

AEV's constitution can be found on their website -

So basically, there is no blackout period for release of information, just around 1/4 1/2 Y reporting. Just not permitted to trade on price sensitive information not yet released to the market.
