Actually you need to dig a little deeper. It certainly IS an issue. Why do you think this stock is not now $500m having found the largest clay RE deposits in Australia?
I know full well what the neighbours have done. I also know that it has to be economic.
Search for the posts written by @setfire2thehive and you might pull your head in a bit.
Risk here is economics of recovery - no doubt about that.
