    NST already held around 6m shares by legacy from SAR.
    Given the previous symbiotic relationship, I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a JV or some other arrangement prior to any takeover.
    Anyway, in the meantime I’m bottom feeding and hope to increase my holdings closer to the Christmas gift sales that occur every year.
