1) a track record of profitability and growing profitability
2) a dividend policy ala grange range resources.

if omh made 150mil aud and gave 60% away. Thats about a 12cent dividend.

2 aud would give a 6% yield.

i suspect average earnings over the long term would look closer to 200mil aud. Once the expansion is done.

or an 8% yield at 2 aud. Cash position would grow every year.

as they would add 110mil aud to the coffers each year.

maybe special dividend? Or future expansions.
