    Through management share value manipulation, CLZ directors authorized the value destruction of 93.3 percent of the value of their shareholders' stock - what's there to go to an AGM about? if someone 'stabs you in the back 'you don't turn around and ask them why did you do that? Shareholders may have been under a delusion, that a regulator would protect their interests.IMO: DYOR.
