Not a very good one it would appear astrov-lol.
Not knowing the details of the original agreement one can only speculate on when the 60 day extension lapses.
It's all wait and see now but from what I can tell from the current trading pattern I would be surprised to see an announcement of 3M's intentions for a little while yet.
Hopefully sooner rather than later though and good luck.
