    I’m confused about project funding for early stage works. They are reporting that capital from debt will land in Q2-Q3 2023. The project gantt chart has Procurement starting in Feb 2023 - several months prior to confirming debt agreements.

    I’m very confident QPM can obtain funds for this project. But the timing of funds and debt commitments early on are a little confusing.

    Anyone else share the same? Or is there a reasonable explanation I’m missing?
