None of it really lines up. Unless they are using some of their current cash or may use GM money for early orders and downpayments to get equipment building started. They wouldn't need to pay upfront outright when its large equipment. They would have progress payments and installments while they are being made I would think. Maybe helps start the purchases and then the debt settles afterwards.
