re: Ann: ATR: Acquisition and use of technolo... Wait a minute, the announcement creates more questions than it answered, as usual. Selling the WIM150 project is not a business, it is divesting. While the "granting" of the LTR and CLR licence sounds like business, but it is not clear whether it is a freebie attached to the sale of WIM150 or is there money involved.
Is it correct that the LTR and CLR are only part of the EARS and ERMS technology?
Hope APG at least will earn something helping Astron to build the separation plant.
Now, does that mean the real business opportunity is still in steel/acid recyling where we have been waiting for one last document for months?
At least with $5M in the pocket, there is no more excuse why the plant cannot be completed on time and hopefully they will cancel their planned placement (and of course, no word from the company on that).
