On purpose under performance of Genius centers to reduce FY guidance
Fair value - north of 1.70 - buyer has to pay a premium to acquire
Doesn't matter what your average buy price was - letting go of a well run company at cheap prices is criminal
get out MFD board and CEO - you are a disgrace
I'll be voting No and anyone with half a grey cell (non-genius) should do so too. Except the flipper - any long termers selling now are letting go of potential 50-60% increase (if not more) from here.
I also suspect this is a low ball offer because they fully expect to get into a bidding war with some one else or increase it substantially to get the threshold for squeeze out.
