In re-creating our judicial system from the ground up I'd commence with changes including requiring those accused of sexual assault to answer questions and the ubiquitous deployment of lie detection processes. Those who refuse to answer should then be regarded as demonstrating guilt as alleged by victims , witnesses etc - silence is consent!
Large juries are demonstrably failing us. Trial outcomes should be determined by a panel of at least two reputable judges with a written report having to be published afterwards.
Evidence must be entered into an AI database system programmed to provide clinical assessments to trial judges - also published afterwards with judges explaining why they supported / rejected those clinical assessments.
I see NO place whatsoever for politicians in any of these processes - after a decade of self-indulgence, exploitation and utter disgrace they need to be cleansed by decades of exposure to the new NACC.
