The ARMC chair will be Peter Hall from within the current board. I do note that Peter is a long term associate of Keith John having been involved with him in Goldfields prior to Goldfields becoming BNK Bank back as far as 2016. I guess its a case of better the devil you know than the one you don't and it is often found in the makeup of company boards. Still it is good to see some board renewal and the new chair seems to be well qualified in the banking and finance world.
