true. but the bod was approached for this. so they should have been in a postion of power through out negotiations. they didnt NEED the cash. and yet, sh are smacked with an insto raise at a discount with free 1:1 options. im keen to see the further reaction to this and im glad so many of you can remain positive in the face of such a terrible deal. while this doesnt change the business it certainly changes the sentiment and next moves will be met with scepticism.
the implied value of a company is reflected by the sp and today sh got a clear message from the bod that the current valuation is appropriate.
