Again nothings changed fundamentally. Xmas sale as far as I can see. Seems to me everyone is a little sensitive with the economy and money is being churned way too much.
my neighbours a farmer here in wa and family been in the business more than 100 years and I have also spoken to a few in passing and all have said that wa crops are the best they have seen for many years. So whilst there may be some impact over east there is greater returns elsewhere. Check out the percentage of returns per region, per sector and deeper details of the business you may find
