    My theory is there is significant news incoming.

    Management could be mopping up these shares here with the buyback in place and a willingness from them to pay much higher prices on market.

    With the blackout reporting periods well in the rearview mirror, and BET being cashed up with $60m and debt free, I feel they believe the news will take care of the share price and they can keep their powder dry.
