It ain't Gina's $60mil its some of the other $61mil that's getting "dumped" ie sold at a profit of 2.7%-10%. A small but tidy/instant profit for "the mates" of Brokers and management, with little risk. They are acting as conduits for passing those shares onto the REAL investors in this Project, who are forced to pay (hopefully only a little) more than the CR price. Capitalism at its finest one could say !!
Could be totally avoided by doing it via an Entitlement/Rights Issue dear BOD !!
