Just like they blame the loss of an extra $100,000,000 onto the market cap if the agreement stood up as it should have. I think a few extra zeros got added because of missing where the decimal point should be... Point being, if that's the extra size m/c they figured they lost, based on future earnings, why wouldn't they have counter-sued for at least $5M ?
