In business law a shake of the hand means no more than a shake of the leg. Perhaps it is still done at times, but for example if it was found tomorrow that the handshaking major had its' reserves in a totalitarian state nationalised, that handshake deal would disappear faster than Usain Bolt on steroids. Anyway, no matter. What will be will be.
