I have been trying to find out more about the litigation that is on going but keep drawing a blank, I have emailed the court office in edmonson, Kentucky where the case was lodged.
But there's not a lot I cab find. Atmos barely mention it in there reports. Did have a lot of reading on atmos pretty big in USA and have spent plenty of time in court so the experience is there. They had a wrongfull death suit and a few other litigations filed against them.

Any body has any other ideas where to look will be glad to research
